Elge Precision Machining provides reliable CNC turning and machining for OEMs that need precision components, consistent quality, and dependable U.S.-based production.

Our CNC lathes and turning centers are well suited for complex parts, tight-tolerance features, and low-to-mid volume production. We machine stainless steel, steel, aluminum, and other metals, as well as plastics including nylon and Delrin. Capabilities include tapping, threading, drilling, cross drilling, and grooving.

Live tooling allows multiple machining operations to be completed in a single setup, improving efficiency while reducing additional handling. Our CNC lathes can produce round parts up to 2″ in diameter and hexagonal parts up to 1.750″ in diameter.

Quality You Can Count On

Precision is built into our process. Our calibration program helps ensure measurement equipment remains accurate, while optical comparators and other precision inspection equipment are used to verify that finished components meet customer dimensional and tolerance requirements.

Depending on the application, we can also coordinate tumbling, cleaning, plating, and other secondary operations. Assembly, packaging, and custom stocking programs—including JIT shipping, Kanban bin systems, and scheduled releases—are available to support ongoing production needs.
